I don't think Sakura's strongest jutsu is Poison Extraction or Ino's strongest is Mystical Palms. Ino strongest jutsu should be Mind boy witch since that only unique to her and other members in her clan.

Drowning Maelstorm is probably stronger than BM4 Naruto's chakra blasts. It may not look it, but I think it's evidently (or should be) stronger than the rasen shuriken alone, which has proved successful against someone most of us had estimated as being at a level above Orochimaru. Harem jutsu is a gag technique...so I'd put Tajuu Kage Bunshin above it, considering he can actually hurt someone with that.

That's all I'd switch around.

I placed Harem Jutsu above Tajuu Kage Bunshin because its a combination of Sexy Jutsu and Harem Jutsu. And I placed BM4 Naruto's mouth blast above Drowning Maelstorm because Orochimaru stated himself that the attack would of killed him.

After seeing Rasen Shuriken's explosion, I would of placed it above Drowning Maelstorm. And besides, Drowning Maelstorm can only be perform if Yamato is with Naruto.
