Woah, lighten up. No need to insult fellow forum-goers out of nowhere.
Yes Specialty #18 is just exploding clay attack but I believe it should still be on the list.It's like Kage Bunshin and Tajuu Kage Bunshin. The latter is just like the original except with augmented power. As is Specialty #18 a stronger version of the exploding clay technique.

1. Funny how you're completely wrong yet you're also calling ME an idiot.
2. It's not the same. Look at Baika no Jutsu and Chou Baika no Jutsu. The only difference is that Chou Baika no Jutsu makes the user bigger. Hell, even Raikiri and Chidori have different names even though they're basically the same thing. The Specialty #18 is like that because...it makes a bigger boom. A MUCH bigger boom. Also, Deidara stated that C3 is more concentrated.
3. The databooks? Again, you see, you have no room to call ME an idiot. I must have told you a few dozen times by now: I DON'T READ THE DATABOOKS AND I NEVER HAVE.
4. Again, you're not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree and certainly have no right to call my light-output into question: THE DATABOOKS ARE MADE BY KISHIMOTO HIMSELF. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. Kishimoto knows a helluva lot more about his own damned manga than you do, so stop denouncing something that he himself created as a breakdown of character strengths.

I believe this has just been a dictionary-definition "OWNED".

Oh yeah! I think i vaguely remember. It was in a one panel sketch wasn't it when Hiashi used it to clear out a group of Sand Ninja during Konoha's destruction.
