No no no, you misunderstand me. What i mean is that you have listed a summoning technique for Temari which she does indeed have but she has only ever shown to use the summoning Jutsu for one attack which then vanishes after doing the move. Then you have put down Summoning Jutsu which would mean she can summon something to stay along side her for a period of time. She has never ever shown she can do this, but only has shwon that she can use a Summoing Jutsu to make the Weasel appear and then vanish after preforming it's one move.
So you can't put down Summoning Jutsu twice because she has never shown she can do the regular Summoning Jutsu except for using it as a means of offense.
Let's put it like this:
Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Tsunade, Naruto, Guy and Kakashi have demonstrated to be able to use the regular Summoning Jutsu. Meaning they can make a creature appear alongside them and fight together as a team.
Kakashi, Kidoumaru and Temari have demonstrated a Summoning attack. Which makes a creature/object appear and attack before disappearing.
There two different things. So you can't put Summoning Jutsu down for Temari because their is no evidence that she can even do it.

Your point? He still preformed it and we all saw it with an explanation behind it, so it does exist. Just because it didn't happen in the Manga doesn't cut out the factual evidence that he actually preformed the technique. Filler or not, it's fact.

Every ninja (except for Lee) know how to perform the basic techniques. If any ninja doesn't know how to perform the basic techniques than they wouldn't have become ninjas. Lee is an exception for reasons we don't know yet.

Also why would Neji's Empty Palm be stronger than his 64 Palms? All it is is a blast of invisible Chakra pushing the opponent backwards acting as a stun. How terrifying. I doubt being blown backwards is stronger than being pummeled 64 times in the Chakra points losing Chakra and obtaining physical damage.
