Kabuto wouldn't of been able to summon Manda without Orochimaru. Kabuto had to wipe blood over Orochimaru's seal to summon Manda for him.

There's no such thing as a "Regular Summoning Technique". Any summoning technique is given a special name based on what it summons.

Summoning Technique is when the user summons his/her animal. After the animal is summon, the user gives the animal an order. Summoning: " " is when the user summons his/her animal that already knows what to do. For example, Kakashi knows 2 Summoning Techniques. The first one he just summons one or all of his dogs. After they're summon, Kakashi gives them an order. The another summoning technique that he knows is Summoning: Earth Release: Tracking Fang Technique. This is when summons his dogs underground and they attack Kakashi's opponent. This kind diifer from Summoning Technique since the dogs already know what to do.
