You can prety much eliminate Rope escape technique from the jutsu lists. It's obviously the weakest jutsu and every shinobi is able to use it. If it is a jutsu, I know a jutsu!

O_o and here I'd think it's kinda obvious... it exists to list the characters/jutsus of each chapter/arc/anything, by rank. As in, which is the strongest, the second strongest, etc etc.
Strenght relationship has been proven to not count much, since in Naruto many different factors used to come in play before the manga became retarded, and the outcome of a battle between a stronger and a weaker opponent was far from obvious... example, the Sound 4 fights. Plus, many of the lists contain errors, or are completely wrong. And yeah, it's kinda pointless to do that, since the things listed here are ones everyone can find out for himself by just... taking a look at the manga <_<

I meant to ask was this supposed to be simply informative or for debate or something of that nature. It does seem like nothing is coming from it and I wondering if I was just missing something.
Comparing jutsu on strength doesn't really mean anything, especially if someone's techniques are defensive or subjective or have handicaps built into them. Shikamaru would be the best example of someone who's jutsu are difficult to organize by strength as he's a trapper, not offensive.

[/quote] They are not compared by strenght, but by rank. Some jutsus are ranked by the databooks, or directly in the manga. The rest is speculation... however, as with the characters, it doesn't mean much. Kakashi said that the rank of a jutsu is related to the difficulty needed to learn it, and the amount of chakra it takes to perform it.

Here's the strongest list for the 3rd movie. It was good by the way. Much better than the 2nd movie if you ask me.
Movie 3: The Animal Riot of Crescent Moon Island SBM Naruto Ishidate Kakashi Naruto Lee Kongou Sakura Karenbana |

Ishidate > Kakashi? Ishidate was hardly a Jonin level Ninja and the only reason he beat Kakashi was because he had set down a poison mist before hand and his main power coming from the gauntlet he has. Kakashi was able to make a slight contact to Ishidate with his Lightning Blade even with being partly petrified and having his senses muddled. If Kakashi's senses were fine, he would of beaten Ishidate with or without Lightning Blade. He didn't even activate his Sharingan, which would of given him the edge when fighting under abnormality.
Naruto > Lee? Has to be wrong. Kongou ripped Naruto a part whilst he was under poison, and evidently knocked him out. Then taking on Lee, he blocked a few attacks and Lee managed to barely dodge Kongou's, something Naruto couldn't even do though in the end Lee lost. Later in the film, Lee smacks Kongou around easily with his weights removed but then is beaten by Kongou who seems to go all out. Lee then gets up and beats the shit out of Kongou and kills him. If Lee had removed his weights during their first fight, chances are he would of landed a few attacks much to the same effect as Demon Chakra Naruto. Take into the account that also Kongou demonstrated some serious speed which Naruto wouldn't honestly be able to match unless in Demon Chakra mode. So as i see it for the film: Demon Chakra Naruto Kakashi Ishidate Lee Kongou Naruto Sakura Karenbana
