Which jutsus are fillers? I'm sure that I only place jutsus that appear in the manga. Chidori and Raikiri are two different jutsus.
Chidori : A - rank

With the combination of body activation, accumulation of large amount of chakra on one hand and long distance high speed charging, turns a normal straight thrust into an extremely destructive and powerful high speed thrust!

Raikiri : S-rank

This is the only jutsu created by Kakashi, who had copied more than a thousand ninjutsus. Gai said that the true aspect of this jutsu is nothing more than a simple straight thrust, however when chakra gathered to the extent of being visible on Kakashi's hand, this will turn Kakashi's hand into an ultimate destruction blade, which is capable of cutting through anything.

Baylavim

Actually, the Raikiri is a slightly more modified and stronger than Chidori. They're similar jutsus, but aren't the same.

Orochimaru had alot of jutsus for sure. Since Sasuke has taken over his soul, does this mean that Sasuke can use all of Orochimaru's jutsus along with the other people that were taken over as well?

I think there is no one who can be called strongest among all naruto characters ... of course that for example Orochimaru is stronger than Sakura and Tsunade is stronger then Konohamaru but Naruto has Nine tails sealed within him ... i read somewhere that Nine tails has everlasting chakra so does that mean that he is the strongest one ? ... i dont think so cuz there were many times, when Naruto was about to die. If Orochimaru for example attacked him, would he survive ? ... however ... I bet Naruto is the strongest after all :) Maybe we will see in next epizodes of shippuuden.

Oh please, the only thing Itachi would be bitch-slapping is Sasuke's illusion. While Sasuke goes behind Itachi & stab him in the back, cut out his heart, cut off his head then disintegrate that bastard with one of his fire jutsus.

XDXDXD. It'll only cut the head of a kage bunshin... a kage bunshin that will explode and wipe out Sasuke, probably. Sasuke doesn't stand a chance to go behind Itachi unnoticed, Itachi is way too fast and has the freaking Sharingan.

...as Itachi simply uses one of Kisame's suitons to eliminate the fire attacks, then attacks from behind with fires HOTTER THAN THE FREAKING SUN which will vaporize Sasuke into a pile of... nothingness, with some void on top of it.
