SSj3 Goku (End of DBZ) Vs. Gohan (End of DBZ)

Gohan with ease.

Even with the 10 year gap, I doubt Goku could get that high. Its not like he did any kind of special training =/

I already posted that opinion earlier but:

Assuming that:

Goku SSJ (android saga) - 250,000,000
Goku MSSJ(cell games) - 12,000,000,000

He got 48x increase in just a year by mastering the SSJ state. If he would go only half of this way in 10 years trainings to master the SSJ2 or SSJ3 state he would defeat Gohan with his hands tied. Goku already knew that mastering the SSJ transformation is the best training he could imagine. He always wanted to be the strongest and mastering SSJ2 or SSJ3 was the easiest way to achieve this goal.
So Goku is in my opinion waay stronger than Gohan(Even Gohan from Buu saga).

I don't think Goku had done anything special enough to surpass Gohan, and we never see him do so.

Knowing that Goku always wants to be the strongest it's only logical to assume that he gave much effort to surpass Gohan, Buu and everybody else. He stated that he would train hard to be able to defeat Buu single handedly. He surpassed Gohan.

These are only assumptions because nothing gives us a direct hint how strong are everyone after this 10 year gap.

That's a good point, but how do we even know if its possible to master the SSJ2 and 3 forms?

We don't know that for sure because nothing is stated in the manga. I just have a personal opinion that SSJ2 and SSJ3 transformations are similar to SSJ. Isn't this logical?

Yeah, I guess it is.

I don't see Goku getting a 48x increase just from that though. The SSJ2 and SSJ3 had smaller multipliers, so mastering them probably doesn't grant you that much power.

Gohans power in Buu saga in most of the Pl lists is 6 times higher than Goku SSJ3. Now imagine that Goku masters SSJ2 and gets a laughable 10x increase in this state. So:

Goku SSJ2(before mastery):1
Goku SSJ3(before mastery):4
Gohan:24
Goku SSJ2(after SSJ2 mastery):10
Goku SSJ3: 40
Now let's assume that SSJ3 has a 5x mastery multiplier. Also laughable
Goku SSJ3 after mastery:200

These numbers are completely random. I just believe that even with extremely low mastery multipliers Goku would surpass 6 times stronger Gohan(assuming of course that he is 6x stronger. My opinion he isn't).

That's incorrect, then. Gohan isn't that much stronger then Goku, unless you think the difference between Super Buu and Kid Buu is that much.

It has to be that high unless you ignore Gotenks' SSJ2 multiplier entirely.

Gohan was likely 1.5x or more stronger then Super Buu and Gotenks, and once the latter of the two used absorption, he was superior to Gohan. Super Buu is stronger then Kid Buu, who was about equal to SSJ3 Goku. We also know the maximum difference between Gohan and Super Buu isn't more then 2x at the most.

If you think Gohan is 60x more powerful then Goku, then you think the difference between Super Buu and Kid Buu is around that, which we know isn't true at all.
