I don't think so. Frieza has always been shown to toy with his opponents hasn't he and makes it as easy for them as possible. He could have finished all of Piccolo, Vegeta, Krillin and Gohan off easily before Goku arrived if he wanted to. I think Frieza would only use the death ball if he was getting desperate.

Frieza will end up with Ginyu's body and if Ginyu's body isn't injured, then the henchmen will lose. Why? Simply because Ginyu wasn't capable of sustaining the body of Goku who was in the 100,000 league, how would he be able to control something of a PL of 530,000?

No one can hurt him with a 4x disadvantage (More actually) and there is only one. So Freeza just kills them all just like Cell killed the army. Ginyu might last a few blows but Freeza probably knows about his body change so Freeza wins easily.

Frieza has always been shown to toy with his opponents hasn't he and makes it as easy for them as possible.
