I'd give it to Trunks, ever since Kami merged with Piccolo he didn't seem like the 'training tough guy' type anymore. If he did train I think it was in small amounts.
So yeah Trunks wins. |

Well Piccolo was still standing after the Cell Juniors fought him. So I think that counts for something, I do think Piccolo trained just not quite as intensly. On a scale of how hard he pushed himself I'd say 3/5, I believe by the Buu Saga if he took his weights off he might be able to take down the Initial Perfect Cell. The End of DBZ I believe he'd be around Future Trunks' form in the Cell Games but since Trunks probably trained in the Future for those few years a little. I'd say they are on even terms, so I'd actually say Piccolo. His personality didn't seem to change so much, I mean he told a guy to go away from him because he told him he looked Green. He also couldn't tolorate Gotenks' childish behavior so I don't think he changed that much.

Trunks had Saiyan armor on, so I'm pretty sure he trained in those three years. I believe Piccolo did no more then basic training in the seven years, and he would lose to Trunks.

It's obvious that Pikkoro did some form of training. Whether it's enough to surpass SSJ Torankusu [post Seru Arc], is highly doubtful. I do believe Pikkoro may have rivaled initial Seru [by the end of Z] but Torankusu surpassed that point in his 2nd Rosat trip and is likely stronger in his last encounter with the Jinzouningens, relative to his time.

Piccolo would win but thats just because the differences on my list is almost 10%
