Vegeta, if serious is a better warrior and plus Sayians are more durable for long battles.

Yes, it really depends on how serious Vegeta takes the fight. I do not see Nail as one to joke around and would attack all out from the straight but in an intelligent way as he is quite a skilled fighter. But Vegeta's warrior heritage could help him out here, with his natural durability and will to fight as Saiyan's have rather than the more peaceful nature of the Nameks. I can see Vegeta just edging this is in a serious fight, but if he underestimates Nail and makes any mistakes Nail could jump on that giving him the upperhand. But still I'd give Vegeta the win, mainly for his natural warrior blood.

Well Nail has Regeneration but Vegeta has Technique and as far as we know Skill aswell. So Vegeta wins.

Yeah if Vegeta was being serious about it,I think he has superior techniques then Nail..and more durability.

Regeneration really means nothing in this battle. Vegeta would not give him the chance plus if Vegeta is going to defeat him it is likely that he will blast him from all existence meaning there is no chance for regeneration.

Well, I think Zarbon Transformed was slightly stronger than Vegeta (post-Zenkai) and Vegeta managed to defeat him using his cunning so I think he could do the same to Nail. Vegeta wins.

If Vegeta acts arrogant or underestimates Nail, then Nail will win.
If Vegeta takes the fight seriously, then it would be dead even.

So I'd put my money on Nail.
