If Cream lets Nail do anything to him, like Vegeta did, then Cream would likely lose, if not then Cream would win with difficulties, as in my opinion Nail would be more skilled but Cream has some deadly techniques.

Reccome is just too strong. Nail would put up a decent fight, but it won't last.

I'd say Recoome is around 43,000-45,000 making it enough for an even fight. So since Nail tends to hide his power and then unleash it Recoome would likely freak like he did with Vegeta and Nail would probably be able to deal a very powerful combination. I believe if Nail really focuses plus if Recoome lets his guard down then I believe Nail can pull if off. It would be an awesome fight to see though.

Yo I lol'd, his name is a rearrangement of the word cream, its not actually cream.

This would be close and although Recoome has an advantage with a slightly higher powerlevel, he does not come across as the cleverest guy in the world. IMO, Nail would have far superior intelligence and fighting skill and that could just give him opening to get a finishing blow on Recoome. I'm not all too sure but I think I should give this one to Nail.

I believe it would be a good battle, but Recoome has the upper hand with his brute strength and that would ultimately keel Nail over.

Yeah, I know but as the manga, call him Cream then I like that name.
