By the sound of it, Goku might not have the chance to use Kaio-Ken. But even if he did, it really wouldn't do much, by the sound of it.

Now, if Krillin had time to use Solar Flare and Keizen, and Goku had time to use Kaio-Ken, think that would change anything? Who would to better.

I think that if Goku surprised Recoome, he might be able to do some damage. I belive that he used Kaio-Kenx20 on Frieza for a surprise attack, and it did something. So if he used Kaio-Kenx4 on Recoome, he could perhaps to some damage.

Recoome is stupid, but I don't think he's stupid enough to be caught off-guard that badly. If Krillin, however, had the chance to unlease that combination, it would prove more useful. Neither put a strain on him, and Recoome would be cut in half.

Goku could actually explode if he uses the attack wrong, or drain his power after using it, so his methods would be useless.

Now, if Goku got the chance to use Kaio-Ken, of any level, but Gohan didn't get to become enraged, think that Goku might be of more help than Gohan then?

If Goku could use a Kaioken x6, he would be able to decimate Recoome. I believe Recoome's power level is around 45,000 at the most, and a Kaioken of that level would have Goku around 48,000. Ginyu stated 60,000 was what he thought Goku's power level was to embarass the Ginyu like he did, so maybe the level should be higher?

But to answer your question: If he could use any level of Kaioken, the chance would greater for him to win then Gohan to hopefully bring out his hidden power.

Right, that's about what I thought.

So, do destroy Recoome, Goku does Kaio-Kenx10 right next to him. Then when he explodes, the Power of the explosion will destroy him!

Unfortunately, Goku might explode himself before he could do any damage. He was only able to handle Kaioken x10 because of his 100x gravity training, so he would likely be too tired after one attack.

Well... it looks like any pre Goku-after-gravity-training-on-the-way-to-Namek character is destroyed by Recoome. Goku is little to no more help than anyone else. At least I woun't be bothered by the question anymore.

Well when Gohan was fighting Ginyu in Goku I believe he was around 27,000 which is even higher than Kaio-ken x3 Goku so Gohan.

Oh, sorry, I should have specified. What I meant to was Gohan (vs. Recoome) in power. But yeah, as he was vs. Ginyu, Saiyan Saga Goku would never beat that.
