Doesnt have to mean or he could just be there to heal...i think that Akyra would give us some indication somehow that he has a high battel power but he obviouslly didnt

I think Kibito, as Supreme Kai's apprentice, would be skilled in martial arts and has a high enough power level to be compared to Shin. Shin was stated to be able to destroy Frieza with one punch. Kibito takes Frieza 50% with ease IMO.
