If the Kia used his physics power on 16 then 16 is gone but physiclly he stand no chance.

Supreme Kai, definitely. There's no way he's weaker than Semi-Perfect Cell at a bare minimum. Though I peg him somewhere between SSJU Vegeta and Cell Games SSJ Goku.

Supreme Kai has to think he's at least in the same league as Super Saiyan Gohan, who is several times stronger than Android 16. So the Kai beats him with ease.

Why is he that high...SSJ Gohan a lot weaker version then the ones in the cell games lifted the Z sword and The Kai wasnt even close to do it

The kai was even scared from a slow charging genEric blast from Goku that was pointed at him and that deosnt look strong to me

Goku's also way more than twice as powerful as Gohan. If the Kai's only half Gohan's power, it's a wide enough gap for Gohan to have pulled the sword while he couldn't.

Super Saiyan Goku (Cell Games) = 1,115
Super Saiyan Gohan (Cell Games) = 1,300
Super Saiyan Vegeta (Buu Saga) = 1,300
Super Saiyan Goku (Buu Saga) = 2,500
Super Saiyan Gohan (Buu Saga) = 980
Supreme Kai = 490

In the grouping of Buu saga fighters, the Kai is closest to Gohan. He's not as strong as him, but close enough to be grouped together. And it's still way above Android 16. 16 couldn't beat anybody from the Buu saga.

If the Kai was that Powerful shouldnt his fusion be powerfull too...But somehow his fusion was also weaker then a SSJ2

-If he was let say half of SSJ Gohan his fusion would put him above any SSJ2 from what i was abel to see how the fusion works and not a lot weaker then a SSJ2.

Goku charged a slow blast at the Kai (ot a full power blat)backed up like when you know that you cant do anyhing.

I see nothing that says that Kabitokai is weaker than any of the SSJ2s. By the time Kibitokai appears we've got Super Buu2 running amok down on Earth, someone that outclass the strongest non-fused fighter in the entire series. Even if the Supreme Kai were equal in power to Cell Games SSJ Gohan fusing with Kibito wouldn't put him anywhere near the level to deal with something like that.

Even after the whole Super Buu mess is over we've still got Kid Buu who's as strong as a pissed off Fat Buu. And pissed off Fat Buu was stronger than Majin Vegeta. So even if Kibitokai is stronger than the weakest SSJ2 we see, unless his somewhere near SSJ3 Goku's level of power he's still not going to be any kind of help.

Example:
SSJ2 Gohan (Buu Saga): 800
SSJ3 Goku: 2,000
Supreme Kai: 350
Kibitokai: 900
Kid Buu: 2,250

The elder Kai did said to KIBITOKAI that he should go and pick uo the the others and let Goku and Vegeta fight against kID buu or sometin maybe i got the quote wrong im not sure...but if its like that then he was weaker then a SSJ2

-So the kai in power could be Anywhere below SSJ Gohan (Buu saga),but its a personal opinion where to put him then.

Supreme Kai is probabaly a little stronger than Base Gohan (Buu saga) at best.
