SSJ Vegeta>=Semi Cell We know: Imperfect Cell>>>>Piccolo>=Android #17>>Android #18 So the Androids have no chance.

He didn't understand why Vegeta was going to transform just to battle Cell. Android #16 also notes Vegeta's power, and says they could get away once the battle begins. He couldn't even move Cell with a punch, but he thinks Vegeta could somehow distract him in a battle.

He then says they can get away once the battle starts. He might've said that before he noted his power, but he did say that.

Yeah well he did say that, but still I donīt think Vegetaīs that strong enough to actually be on par with Semi-Perfect Cell, I donīt know it sounds weird but it could be true.

Vegeta can't beat Semi Cell at full-power, but he certainly could be on-par with Semi Cell before that. Even Trunks stood in Semi Cell's way, and he was afraid to attack Trunks. Their SSJ forms are powerful, even though it doesn't seem like it.
What we know, is that they outclass the Androids.

I donīt know at first I thought he was probably around the Androidīs level.
But today I bought volume 26, thatīs where Vegeta fights Cell.

Yeah, that's a good volume right there. It starts from when Vegeta & Trunks leave the rosat? Where does the book end at?

The book ends when Goku and Gohan come out.
And it starts when Trunks and Vegeta come out. I have it in the Spanish Edition.

I have the original version of it. It starts out much differently, but it has less chapters, so it's understandable. It has Vegeta on kickin Cell on the front of the book, right?
So you're close to finishing the Cell saga now. You only got like two more volumes left.

Well the Kanzenban is a more improved and perfect edition so you know, yeah Vegeta is kicking Cell, yeah all I need is 2 more volumes and I already own the entire Sayian and Frieza Arc, and in volume 25 the color pages are amazing.
