I think by the Buu Saga Chiaotzu has surpassed Dodoria by quite a bit. It all depends on how much you think he gained from King Kai's training really. He didn't get much stronger after that. I have him at 32,000 after King Kai's training so he takes this.

I don't think Chaitzu would win. He's over 10,000 at the least, but not that strong. Dodoria would still win in my opinion.

Choutzu quite easily. While I'm sure his power should be above Dodoria's by this time, he also has psychic abilities to give him an even greater advantage.

Yes he did, he trained for 266 days at King Kais and then was stated by Tien to have trained for the Androids for 3 years.
