Okay, so after 7 years of training could Goku have gotten strong enough to fight Cell in his Powered up form?

Not a chance imo. I calculated that Seru's increase from his '' Real Speed '' powerup to his Full Power to be between 5 - 10X increase. A slightly weaker version of his '' Real Speed '' powerup was slightly superior to 100% MSSJ Gokuu. There's no way Gokuu got that strong in just seven years.

I agree with WombatKombat. Cell's increase was incredible, since Goku actually thought SSJ2 Gohan would likely have some difficulty in the battle. I think SSJ Goku is still a good deal weaker then Cell, even after all of his training.

I disagree about it being a 10x increase, more like 3-6x increase.

What do you mean by "real speed" powerup?

The '' Real Speed '' is a minor powerup Seru used against MSSJ Gohan to augment mainly his speed greatly but I also think he recieved a small portion of power to it also.

I never even knew he increased his power at all. I thought he just decided to increase his speed, but usually more power=more speed, or the other way around.

I think Cell was using at least half of his full power against Goku.
I don't think Goku doubled his MSSJ PL during those 7 years.
I think Cell would be stronger.

Cell would win with a big advantage, I don´t think Goku is so strong, he is probably around USSJ Trunks level lol.

MSSJ Goku= SSJ Goku in the Buu Saga. The "Mastered" Super Saiyan level is just Goku's new SSJ Form. So yes this is "Mastered Super Saiyan Goku, Buu Saga" against Cell.
