I only argue it because

A) I think Tien is above 100,000 probably mid hundred thousands to 1.5 million
and
B) I like to challenge the unofficially recognised Powerlevels for characters.

All we know Uub could be a weakling sine Goku definitlly was holding back a lot against him....He just wanted him to keep up.....Then you have the quetion how strong Base Goku is ....

or the safe bet ....KI-KO-HO and by by UUB

Hey! What about me?
I doubt He would use the Kikoho. He wouldnt use such a powerful attack If it wernet absolutely neccesary. I think Uub would win with ease.

You have to assume its a death match. Otherwise Goku on Namek wouldn't use Kaiokenx20 so he would lose to Frieza (15%) or something.

I doubt that the base powers got to the half a million mark, my rough guess is they were low 200,000,000's by the Buu saga so perhaps 300-400 million(assuming they didn't hit a limit) by the end of Z.

Yeah he was since he didnt even attack UUb ...uub was just attacking him

Goku was there just to unleash UUB potential......he started insulting him and then uub attacked him and Goku blocked it and said"Ouch"..........Then UUb thorn up Goku close and thats it......Goku wasnt hurt a bit .....And fight over

Perhaps Tien would punch Uub, only to find that his fist disintergrated on contact. Tien then dies from the blood loss.

Base Goku said ouch and he was prepared to fight, the hit of Uub hurt him actually. When Uub started to get really serious, Goku also was serious, he wasn't going all out but he wasn't holding back. Do you seriously Tienshinhan could fight evenly with a serious base Goku? Note, I said serious, not full power, it's different. Look at Goku's face and expressions, tell me if he wasn't serious.

Uub successuflly blasted Goku with a Kiai. note, Goku was fighting so he was prepared for anything, that took him by suprise but I seriously doubt Tienshinhan could do that.

It is clearly Son Goku wasn't holding back. Uub [angry] would murder Tenshinhan with easy. Note Son Goku in base at this time should be around Cell 2nd form or higher, which is something Tenshinhan could never attain.

I think base Goku is mid way between Imperfect Cell(2nd appearance) and Semiperfect Cell.

I say its a pretty even battle but I give this one to Tien if Uub isn't enraged from the start.

Since Tien is not one to toy with his opponents, I'd say he wins.

He'll hit Uub once, that won't even phase Uub. If he actually avoid to hurt him and gets Uub angry, the fight is over.

hah Uub doesn't seem to get angry that easily. He'll only get angry if someone close to him is hurt/insulted not himself.

I just tohught about the circumstances and ubb not enraged would be like powerlevel of below 5. So Tien could easily smack him around or kill him with a punch . If tien decided to enrage ubb, and wake up a buu powerlevel , then he would loose.

A punch wouldn't kill him...Goku hit him and it wasn't near life threatning.
