I am talking about Piccolo(Un-fused), but you can also put Piccolo(with nail).

Merged Piccolo is wai OVER ONE MILLION!!1!!!~~~ so it'd be some ridiculous overkill, but I see spikey Yamcha taking the win if it's just post-Kaio, as I calcualte him to be at best at the 20,000s range maybe, just from him waring such heavy weights?

I highly doubt Piccolo is even 10,000

Going from the Daizenshu, he's 3500 against Nappa. And some people think he tripled or quintupled his power by just running to snake way and training on King Kai's planet(on his own with no help from KK) for about a week.
