Nothing's stupid when Tori pulls crap like Piccolo almost 10xing his power in a year when the eight years he had from birth to 23rd TB didn't do half that shit, lal the time lol. But I still agree that he'd most likely be at around the few thousands' range for the most part.

Alot of people place him around 40,000's

So Yamcha should be able to take the new gerneral accepted level of piccolo on namek pre fusion which is 4,000-4,200

As for fused Piccolo it all depends how much you think everyone progressed in 3 years, Piccolo added about 139,000,000 to his belt

Maybe yamcha could add a 992,000 .

Well I have no current list at the moment but to place tien on a list based on that numeber for yamcha ; Tenshinhan I would make him up to 5,324,800

krillin would be 5,023,396

goku and vegeta would be around 8,000,000 but have their ssj powerups (up to a 50x increase ) (( 400,000,000))

Piccolo would be supressed to around 8,000,000 but be around 150,000,000 full power

Trunks would be around 5,000,000 but have ssj powerfup- (up to)250,000,000


19 would be around 300,000,000 and gero would be around 100,000,000 +

android 18- 4,000,000,000
android 17- 4,500,000,000

Piccolo+kami- 4,500,000,000 (30x)
At rest in weighted clothing- 562,000,000

17 and 18 in the billions already? I don't think we even get a glimpse of that range until, like, Cell goes perfect, but it's not like I'm on staff or one of those DBZitpickng nerds or anything, so..

Well what we have to go buy is

1. Cell was careful to not be found by vegeta as if vegeta maybe close to his power.

2. Piccolo was not going all out against cell thus it made it "even"

3. Android 16 can measure a fighters hidden energy " one of the fighters equals you in power 17 ( 4,500,000,000 in my new list i just mad up)

I made cell 550,000,000 trunks is 250,000,000
4. The androids of th future where weaker but I see what you mean They beleive trunks was coming back to tell them he defeated the androids in his timeline, he must have been stonger so i will change it to what i was orginally going to put before i tohught about vegeta.

if the orginal androids of the future are half of the new timeline versions then trunks would need a level up to 3,000,000,000

So yea maybe cell was close to piccolo like 4,000,000,000 up to , but less most likely

If Cell killed Trunks, who wasn't too much below Vegeta, to get to this timeline then with the tail surprise he could finish him, but he'd be noticed. Remember that anyone in the few thousands' range can be easily spotted by the Z senshi, as shown by Vegeta and Nappa's advent.

I do agree than perhaps the billions are getting to high that soon, so where do you place piccolo and 17/18?

Piccolo is likely slightly above 17 in strength and durability for him to have lasted that long without tiring and to remark on how light 17's punches were, still though either way he'd still lose. Since he saw 18 fight earlier thoroughly and thought tohimself that if he killed one then he could stop Cell from being perfect, I'd place him a good 1.14~8x stronger than her at least, when he's unweighted. Weighted I'd just jump to wild assumptions, but he'd be a tad below her considering he saw no need to take them off against Cell but did so here, but that's anyone's guess. Repznaodeal?

Plus if Piccolo's blast after fatiguing greatly from his bout with 17 had 18 thinking he killed Cell (who might I add commented that Vegeta's was "half-assed" lol), then he'd be more than likely to wipe the floor with her in a rag on peak condition. Now where's that repz!?

BattleFranky and SuperTien: How much is the difference between Android #17 and Android #18 in power, in your opinions?

We know the Android page has #18 "with a power suppressed compared to #17", so she's definitely weaker. But how much weaker is the question?

I also remember Android #16 stating Piccolo's power rivaled both of them when he was battling Cell, so it makes it even more odd, since there's supposed to be a good difference in their powers.

Probably a big enough difference that 17 would be able to take her out in the long run, but not easily based on the fact that 16 classes the three of them in about the same range. Since I do see Piccolo as being a little bit above 17 the difference between him and his sister isn't much. Around a... 1.12-3, maybe 4 would be a little overdoing it?

I always make the differnce between 17 and 18 about 1.125 to 1.25
