This fight, in a way, has already happened with #17, and we saw the result. Sure, 18 is weaker, but 17 was distracted by the others, so the situation evens itself out.

Tien fires the Kikoho. If it hits, #18 disintergrates. Otherwise Tien gets rapeafied.

Tien in my opinion must be near at that stage around Frieza´s 100% so I don´t think he can take any android down unless he use´s his Kikoho.

No way would he Increase by about more than 2000 times from the Trunks saga. In my opinion his only chance is kikoho.

Has power near Semi-Perfect Cell, are you implying that Tienshinhan's Kikoho was actually dangerous for Semi Perfect Cell? It had enough power to held him back a little, in no way had it power anywhere close to Semi Perfect Cell. If at least it had damaged him or made him lost Ki, then it would have been up for a debate, but it absolutely did nothing aside from pushing him back. He didn't even mind, after Tienshinhan's last strike, he just went after 18 like nothing happend.

ok actually it was a crappy rear choke, but still .

As fr the shin kikoho, it surptised cell, 18, and 16 with its power, even the after/over flow of the attack's energy left a nappa sized abyss.
