You mean "death or death". Tri-Beam kills Tien at maximum power. Kills him. Dead.

And it's not like he's going to get to focus for it forever like he did with Cell, and blindside Vegeta with it like he did Cell. People make it seem like Tien just faced Cell down, and beat him to the ground with the thing. He didn't. The only time it knocked him down is when he was distracted by 18 running away.

The fact that Bejita wouldn't let him use it by either killing him relatively quick or evading it.

Why not? Tien is a mere worm compared to SSJ Bejita. A concentrated blast [taking with little effort from SSJ Bejita] should put him under.

Basically SSJ Vegeta has enough of a power difference to take down Tien and Piccolo before they have a chance to do anything. The only way they could win this is if they fused or something. It would have to be a sort of situation like what happened to Raditz for them to get an attack on him but none of them will be able to hold Vegeta anyway. So Piccolo and Tien are dead and Trunks may put up more of a fight but ultimately he is also completely beaten. I cannot see Vegeta losing.

All of the super saiyans were stated to be around the same power level, with Vegeta being the strongest. But relatively close enough to Trunks to be considered around the same power level.

Goku and Piccolo managed to defeat Raditz and their power levels were much lower than his.

Now, Nappa was much stronger than Piccolo, and I mean MUCH stronger. Like 2x or more and the Z warriors managed to put up quite a fight against him. Vegeta warned Nappa about Tien's one handed tri beam because if Nappa wasn't ready for it, it would've done some damage.

Okay, in both of those scenarios we see the losing side put up a good fight against opponents much stronger than them. Vegeta is slightly stronger than Trunks at the most. Remember, Trunks was stronger than him during the Trunks Saga and it was only after 500x gravity that he turned SSJ. So don't act like Vegeta is 500x stronger than Trunks, he's around the same power level as him.

Piccolo is at SSJ goku on Namek's power level at the least. Together, they have a combined power level higher than that of Vegeta. They also have an advantage in terms of numbers and techniques. If Goku managed to hold off Raditz until Piccolo charged up a SBC then Trunks should be able to do that with Vegeta. Vegeta also has to deal with Tien at the same time.

Remember, when Android 18 was using minimal power against Vegeta she was superior to him. And that was when 17 commented on how the others could be a problem if they all teamed up on her. If Piccolo, Tien and Trunks could be a problem for Android 18 then imagine what they could do to Vegeta.

Tien during the Android Saga is at the same powerlevel he was versus Cell because he didn't train during that time period. If his tri beam could hold off Cell who is very superior to Vegeta at this point, imagine what it could do to Vegeta.

Vegeta has to focus on holding off Trunks and Piccolo while Tien is in the air charging up a tri beam. It doesn't even have to be full power. 1/2 power should be enough to destroy him considering how much stronger Semi-Perfect Cell was compared to Vegeta (android saga). Tien would have no reason not to use it.

Some of you are saying that Vegeta would finish off Piccolo and Tien before they can do anything useful. How would he be able to do that when he has to fight Trunks at the same time.

A litlle notpick:Vegeta didnt train in 500x gravity (that happend in the anime i belive)he just asked the Doctor to build him up a room of 300x gravity.

-17 doesnt have scanners so he doesnt know how strong the rest of the Z fighters are ....since Vegeta was also a lot stronger then datas that Gero gave them since Gero didnt collect the datas of the Z-fighters on namek so 17 was guessing

SSJ Vegeta is way stronger than SSJ Trunks, Vegeta would just kill or make hard damage to Tien with a stronger ki blast, after that he would have difficulties facing Piccolo and Trunks, but then Vegeta knocks Piccolo out and then Trunks would give him many difficulties, but Vegeta would be the stronger and anyways I don´t think Trunks would be able to fight seriously, because if you remember SSJ Trunks did not fight seriously when he was trying to hit Goku with his sword.

And I don´t think he would do any real damage to his father.

So Vegeta wins, unless he starts getting cocky, then Piccolo could surprize him.

I am not saying Vegeta could not annilate Tien in one shot. What people have been saying, is the fact that Vegeta could annilate Tien in one shot, somehow magically means that Tien would rather die then use the Kikoho. WTF?
