Gohan. He was basically so fast and strong at ssj2 , he owned cell, then cell blew up. HE absorbed goku's cells, then came back much stronger.

This is when gohan hurts his arm, so the fight from here was kind hard, but he still fought.

gohan ssj2 : about 320,000,00
perfect cell: 320,000,000,00

Then : weak injured ssj2 gohan : 310,000,00

PC: goku cells : 360,000,00

i think maybe, if it's freshgohan, and normal perfect cell, gohan takes this.

What...? Anyway, when Gohan ascended to SSJ2, he easily dominated Cell. The desperate Cell threatened to blow himself up so that everyone on Earth would die with him. When Cell blew up, he was not meant to survive the explosion. However, he did survive and received a massive zenkai. He already had Goku's cells in him so he dd not need to absorb Goku again...

Really, how can you put SSJ2 Gohan and Perfect Cell on the same plane? Gohan completely outmatched Cell. As said before, Gohan at 50% was able to hold back 100% effort Super Perfect Cell. If Gohan were at 100% imagine what had could have truly done.

Why? it's estimates. I havent seen that fight in like years so how am i supposed to remeber everything? I know what basically happened. gohan killed cell.

But when gohan was weakened, cell got a power boost from absorbing goku's cells.

I go with Cell, Because in my opinion He were equal with Ssj2 Gohan. And Cell is a better fighter, So, Cell win.

Estimates? Really, you call those estimates? You put Gohan SSJ2 at around Perfect Cell's level even though Gohan clearly dominated Cell in that fight. Cell couldn't do flying shit to Gohan. Also, these estimates don't even make sense. What kind of power levels are these?

1. You put Gohan SSJ2 significantly less than Cell.
2. What number ends with "00"? It's not 320,000,00, it's 32,000,000.
3. Please learn how to type numbers before you neg-rep me for correcting your post.
4. If you don't remember fights and how they go, then don't post random numbers that don't even make sense.
5. Cell already had Goku's cells. How would Cell absorb Goku's cells when he's in pieces and Goku disintegrated? Cell reabsorbing Goku's cells is redundant and would not benefit him.

Nice try on your attempt to counter me. First of all, go ahead and have fun with your completely incorrect belief that Gohan SSJ2 is less than Perfect Cell. I wonder how many people would agree with you. Second, alright good luck getting high grades in math with your way of writing large numbers. Third, failure. Fourth, who did you really help when everyone who saw the Gohan vs Cell fight knows that Gohan outmatched Cell in every way. And fifth, Gero created Cell with DNA from the greatest fighters. Cell has Goku and Vegeta DNA, thus making him part Saiyan. When a Saiyan nearly dies, he receives a zenkai. Cell received a massive zenkai due to his near suicidal explosion. His zenkai allowed him to achieve Super Saiyan 2. That is why he had lightning.

Yeah and the white text....give it up. It's old. It's not funny. At best, it's annoying. It doesn't make you look cool. And you copied it from USSJed. Nice try.

I'm not saying Cell would win hands down but there is something I can say.

Whatever level that's Gohan's Ki was post Arm mutilation and pre Unleashing his full power, Cell was at level that would completely dominate Gohan at this point. Whether you want to believe gohan was at 50% more or less it's certain until Gohan unleashed all of his power, Cell would destroy Gohan.

I say destroy because Cell was literally laughing the entire beam duel. Gohan wasn't a challenge at that point. It wasn't until Vegeta distracted Cell that Gohan let lose EVERYTHING that he could muster and finally killed Cell.

Not to mention that unlike the Anime, where we have Cell slowly distetegrating, Gohan epically walking down. In the manga, Cell barely gets to turn his head away from Vegeta before he's blasted backwards. Cell was basically given no chance of a counter attack, whether he could or not.

So it stands that if Gohan's at 50% or lower, he's dead, end of question. Cell prove himself after obliterting his arm with one shot, docking his power near half and completely dominating him in the beam duel. Cell was certainly in a position where at the very least he HAD the power to kill Gohan.
