Cell has no idea what the spit will do, so he wouldn't be too cautious and might not dodge.

But you can't just assume he wouldn't dodge it. Cell is a masterful warrior. I don't think he would let anything coming from the enemy hit him if he could do anything about it, especially during battle.

And Dabura has no idea about Cell arcenal of techniques and abilities, like Kameha, Instant Transmission, Trie beam, Mesenko, Death Ball, Mind Power, regeneration and all techniques. So..?

A warrior of the likes of Cell would not take the risk of finding out what the spit is and what it will do to him. If he has the distance or the ability, I'm sure he would dodge it. There is the great possibility though that Dabra may try and use that ability while near Cell. But I don't think he'd do that unless he actually needed to. If you notice, Dabra is somewhat of an honorable warrior, despite the nature of his mind. And a cheap shot like that against a formidable opponent such as Cell, just doesn't seem fitting on Dabras part.

Dabura is nowhere near honorable. He kept tryin to use attacks that would finish the battle against Gohan without even dealing damage.

It's not as if one would instantly be turned to stone either. Cell would likely rip off the changing limb and regenerate it.

If he could react quick enough. Dabura could spit on his chest or his face, which could make it more difficult.

Not to any sort of major degree here. I'm saying in the same sense that Nova is honorable. He is still evil, indeed, but I don't think he would resort to a cheap trick like spitting in Cell's face up close or something. It seems villains of his power and magnitude want a good fight.
