Although we didn't see the full extent of Dabura's power against Son Gohan, I believe Cell would have a slight advantage b/c of Dabura's failure at ridding a weaker Son Gohan during their bout.

His spit dries in seconds. As long as Cell touches the dried stone, he'll be alright. And also, I don't believe Dabra was holding back against Gohan, because we see both of them huffing at the end of their fight.

As dumb as it sounds, yes, and they have a lot of fights at the end. Of course, the results they give are far from factual (they say Android 18 would beat Android 17, and that Kid Buu would beat Super Buu), but they are kind of entertaining.
