You said at the start of the saiyan saga in the title. Make up your mind. And Goku and Piccolo didn't do Kami's training during the one year period so that's irrelevant.

Tien was 1,830 after Kami's training so if Vegeta was 1,600 then Tien wins.

Exactly, anyways I dont think there´s anything else to discuss Vegeta would win and I know Goku and Piccolo never trained with Kami, I was talking about Tien but anyways Vegeta wins.
