I always assumed Goku was even or stronger than Freiza. Then, if ya inclde three more years of training and nlocking it on his own, I don't see why Vegeta wouldn't win.
Plus, Gok in the android saga was a stronger super saiyan than when he first unlocked it and I THINK some comments allded to Vegeta being stronger(not certain thogh) so he should be able to take Freiza. At any rate... Vegeta as a super saiyan is like any other super saiyan and would probably win, imo.

No offense but that's not quite true and I'm sure you perfectly know it. SSJ Goku on Namek is the 2nd weakest incarnation of SSJ Goku in the series, only sick SSJ Goku could be weaker. All the SSJ incarnations of Vegeta are much stronger than 100% Frieza.

Vegeta, easily. He wasn't strong enough to break the Super Saiyan barrier in the Freeza Saga Arc, and by the time he did I think he'd surpass Organic Freeza at 100% by quite a length, given the perpetual augmentations in the series.

I know people keeping harping on this, but I have to point it out myself. This was a theory that was fairly popular a while ago (I think Darkprince may have been the first to introduce this theory), but I never saw the truth in it. What's the logic behind this theory?
