Vegeta (post Kamehameha against Goku) v. Nappa, who wins?

I place Bejita ( Post Kaiou-Ken Kamehameha ) at roughly 12,000 or 75% of his strength. Nappa I have at some place between 7,500 - 8,000. A closer match to me would be between Bejita ( Post Moon Ball, w/o Oozaru ) and Nappa.

I think Vegeta would still be significantly stronger than Nappa.

Vegeta all the way still in my opinion, yes he was a little bit injured but I dont think so much so that Nappa could defeat him...
