Alright I'm not sure how Krillin and Gohan would do against Cui so this seems like an interesting fight.

Guldo was able to defeat Krillin and gohan Post guru power up. They were stronger than 23,000 ginyu in goku.

Gohan>>Krillin>>Cui>>>>>>Guldo in strength but guldo wins fight wise.

If this is the battle with Guldo:

Kewi>Gohan>Krillin>>>>Guldo

Kewi would win if he tricks Guldo like: "Ah! There's Lord Freeza with a hamburger" or anything like that, then use his Renzoku energy blasts.

The thing is we know Guldo's powerlevel is like 10000 so by powerlevels Cui would win but would Guldo's Time Freezing abilities give him the win?

Gohan & Krillin were stated to be just "over 10,000" after they powered-up. Both Krillin & Vegeta referred to Guldo as a total weakling, so he's nowhere near any 10,000 in power level; more like, 3,000.

That doesn't mean it would work on everyone. Kewi was above both of them, so the attack probably wouldn't have any effect on him.

Frieza keeps his soldiers in ranks. Dodoria, Zarbon and Cui were all held in high respect because they surpassed most of his army. However, the Ginyu Force was Frieza's highest elites so they would have to be able to defeat anybody else in his army.

Guldo should be able to defeat Cui or else he wouldn't be in the Ginyu Force.

I think the only reason Guldo made it to the Ginyu force was b/c of his ability to Freeze time.

Yes, and his ability to freeze time makes him a formiddable opponent. Most people will agree that if he can defeat Gohan and Krillin, he should be able to defeat Cui, especially since he won in a 2 on 1 fight.

With that, we can say Kaioshin would win against SSJ2 Gohan because he stopped him with psychic powers. Vegets specifically told the two to be on-guard, because Guldo uses psychic powers.

I'm sure Freeza's henchmen knows about Guldo and his powers, and would be ready to defend against it.
