Base Vegeta (1st Post-Rosat) vs. 100% Freeza

That's stretching it, he'd probably win 2nd rosat but not 1st.

I think Vegeta would win easily. I know many of you guys would disagree but bear with me.

If SSJ Trunks was able to beat Mecha Freeza (supposedly stronger than Freeza 100%) easily, then Trunks's base form shouldn't be that far from Mecha Freeza's power and base Vegeta (Android Saga) is stronger than base Trunks from the Android Saga. So, imagine base Vegeta's (1st Rosat) power to be near the Androids. If USSj Vegeta was stronger than Semi-Perfect Cell by a tremendous amount then the pattern follows with base Vegeta and the Androids. So in conclusion, I think that Freeza would lose badly.

100% Freeza easilly..he wouldnt even come close after the second trip since Goku stataed that they cant gain a big power after the second time in the Rosat.

Freeza with total ease, because I believe that the Super Sayajin multiplier is 50x, especially in this part of DBZ.

I would place Base Vegeta (around 50,000,000) relative to a third of Freiza's 100% power. It seemed Freiza graduated from a 50x increase from his original power shown at his true form (4,000,000) to match SSJ Goku's intensity. I believe Freiza to be anywhere from 150,000,000 to 200,000,000.

With that said, 100% Freiza >> Base Vegeta (1st Post-Rosat)

Err...Frieza by far. Unless you believe in that decreasing multiplier theory(I don't) he can't come close to 100% Frieza.

Vegeta for the win. Base Goku after his Super Saiyan transformation was able to dodge a sneak-attack from 100% Frieza. Base Vegeta after training in the Time Chamber is probably 10x the power of Goku at that point, so he could do a hell of a lot more than just dodge.
