It's just stupid how Goku says in order to win, he'll have to start out at full-power, then it's later revealed that he could wipe Kid Buu out in full-power. Once he powered-up to SSJ3, he fired a beam, but that was likely a basic beam at best.

His beam was probably going to be more concentrated this time, but maybe Goku's full-power would've allowed him to pummel Kid Buu like Gohan did to Super Buu.

Super Buu absorb stronger enemies. So, Goku would be easily to absorb.

There is a difference between going all out and a full power blast. Going all out is basically giving it all and that's what Goku did. Using full power is charging the Ki to release an attack that uses all your power. Surely, the first Kamehameha Goku fired at Chibi Buu was far from his full power. If it was, Vegeta wouldn't have told him that he'd be able to send Chibi Buu to hell at full power. If Goku had at least charged his first Kamehameha, we could have considered it full power but he just fired it fairly quickly and it didn't seem to had worn him out much.

Lol @ that. I don't think he was strong enough for that.

Yeah, that's a good point. Besides, we know from the Raditz battle that a charged attack exceeds their power levels by a good margin; so that factor, and the combination of SSJ3, it's understandable that Vegeta would believe Goku would blow him to oblivion.

um goku said that even at ssj3 he and vegeta together couldent defeat super buu and we had ssj3 gotenks whos stornger then ssj3 goku who fought on par with super buu but buu stated it was a warm up match so buu was dominate goku in his ssj2 form
