Piccolo(end of DBZ) vs Perfect Cell - Page 2

I have him around SSJ Vegeta's (Type 2) power. That's a big enough increase. I don't see how just because he was stronger than Vegeta when he entered, he would gain a bigger increase, though.

No, it's logical that the weaker fighter would get a bigger increase from more intense training.

He wouldn't get a bigger increase, depends how hard he trains.

Well, there is no clear indicator of how powerful Piccolo is. With that said, you can only make inferences on how powerful he is.

Weaker then perfect cell for sure and then Mssj Goku but i belive stronger then vegeta when he left the time chamnber for the first time......
