Piccolo is strong enough to beat him..since he easilly handled 20 and who i belive is close to 100% Freza in power maybe stronger.

But I think unweighted Piccolo has a slight advantage, and if you add his battle smarts, Piccolo wins.

How does that count? It all depends upon the context of the sentence, and Piccolo was never stated to be around Trunks/Vegeta/Goku's power at all, just stronger than they thought.
