Babidi would just possess Guldo but then Chaioutzu would kill Guldo and then once that happens Chaioutzu can paralyze Babidi and just kill him.

Guys, it's Chiaotzu and Guldo on the same team versus Babadi. Babadi's magic is ridiculously strong, remember he was able to control Vegeta, Dabura etc. He was also able to put up some defences against Piccolo.
