Unless Vegeta>>Goku, Goku will win due to longer endurance/no ki drain.

Vegeta would win. He saw Goku's power at the Lookout, and he'd do anything to surpass that.

Well Vegeta was confident at the Cell Games (Before sensing Goku's FP, and some of Cell's Max) and Goku admitted that he probably couldn't beat Cell and since Vegeta sensed 50% of his Power and he was still confident I'd say Vegeta wins, but it would be good fight.

This all depends on your opinion of Vegeta & Trunks level of power during the Cell Games. If those two are able to go against the Cell Jr's in SSJ form only, then their SSJ Type 2 forms would decimate 50% MSSJ Goku in my opinion.

I think they were SSJ Type 2 when they fought the Cell Juniors. In a few later panels they look like Normal SSJs but in the beginning they looked more liked SSJ Type 2. So I guess they could be either one. Plus the SSJ 2nd Grade form is a perfectly good form so I don't see why they wouldn't use it. It's SSJ 3rd Grade that would cause problems.
