I guess you could say Shin being surprised that Vegeta was going to attack Pui-Pui alone. That could be chalked up to him just being a sucky character, though.

Supreme Kai didn't think much of Freeza. When Vegeta was thinking about Buu saying a Saiyan can do whatever Buu could do, Shin states that there were Five Kaio-shins (Including himself) who all could have felled Freeza with one blow and Four of the Kais were killed by Buu. So he odviously doesn't think much of Freeza so I doubt he'd be worried about a fighter he could kill with one attack, or that he would even consider PuiPui a threat. He saw Freeza and he saw PuiPui and if even the Supreme Kai (Of all characters) could tell the difference than PuiPui can very well be stronger than Freeza.

Who says he personally considered him a threat. HE WAS NOT GOING TO FIGHT HIM; Vegeta was. He was "worried" that Vegeta wouldn't be able to handle him, not that he himself couldn't. That's why he tried to talk Vegeta out of fighting alone.

I doubt he even knew of Freeza's true form.

They probabably just dodged it like she dodged vegetas first attack..they didnt wanted to get hit by it

Even the Freeza henchmen While reading Trunks power Said he had a Pl of 5 and he shooted a blast at him..and that henchmen had a power level definitlly over 5 but he still shooted the blast

Well, I've always been of the opinion he was referring to Freeza in his weakest form, since that would be the main one they would've knew of. The 100% Freeza was only in one battle that we know of. I also think it could be more of the "Majin Regime" or anyone of it makin Shin piss himself. He stated that Babi collected the best fighters in the universe, but we know that can't be true.

The blast was from that little cannon, though. That has nothin to do with his power level.

I dont know but if he knew that he is stronger then 5 why didnt he killed him with a punmch but he decided to do it with a blast..it was just for fun or something

Probably right on. Supreme Kai didn't even know how strong any of the fighters on Earth are, and that's just one tiny planet. So I doubt he has a great idea of how strong all other fighters in the universe are. Some Kai. The only reason he never got fired was because he was the only one still alive to do the job.
