Kaioshin said that he could beat Frieza and yet he was scared of facing Pui Pui alone.(the form of Frieza he stated he could beat is debatable, but that makes Pui Pui over 530,000 at a very least).

Vegeta dragging out the fight with regular punches, even though he was extremely anxious to fight Goku, and he said himself that they should finish them all ASAP. Also his face expression was pretty serious while he was trashing pui pui, while he was always shown to be very happy and smiley while he was toying with much weaker opponents.

Sriouslly vegeta was totaly capabel of beating Pui Pui with a kick or a punch but he did with a blast for fun...

-That Freeza henchmen probbaly though that his Pl is stronger then 5 Pl what was the Pl Trunks Supressed state ..but he still shooted the blast from the canon ti kil him..probably just for fun and its the faster

-she shooted a blast probabaly for fun or to make it faster..and looking at the damage it was Seriosully minimum so it cant be strong at all

Yeah, but didn't Krillin tell her not to do any real damage in the tourney? Even if the blast is weak, wouldn't it seriously damage a regular human? Vegeta could've, but he didn't. There are only a couple times when we see someone finished off with a regular attack anyway, and hardly in Z do we ever see that.

Again, the Kai wasn't going to be fighting alone, Vegeta was. He was worried that Vegeta couldn't win alone, not that he (the Kai) couldn't. And he had no clue how strong anyone was; he probably thinks Vegeta's power level still "could barely get up to 18,000".

He told her not to kill anyone or badly hurt him ......The blast was stronger then a blast for normal human but still not strong at all to hurt them badly going by the damage that was made.....And using a blast was probably done just for fun what would a fight look like if fighters dont use blasts it would be boring

Well, this is a valid point, because they were suppressed at this point. I still don't see why he would consider them helpful if he really thought they could, or Vegeta, would only be around 18,000 or less. They also flew there, so I'm sure some of their power would be sensed by that point.

So do you think the blast was only as powerful as Spopo's beam? If you do, then I see your point. I just don't think #18 has great power control.

Dude, she's an Android; she has perfect control. All her functions would be computer-regulated. Gero wasn't some hack throwing a pile of Radio Shack equipment together, after all.

As for how powerful any blast is, there's no real way to tell, unless someone actually states it.

I belive she has..... she did 204 on the machine wich is almost as same as what Mr.satan did(With a Pl of 10 -15) who did i belive 150....So she can probbly hold as much as she wants to

You got it all wrong. He partly knew about the power of the saiyans. He knew they could all beat Frieza, because they did, making Pui > Frieza. He knew that they including Gohan(who was a SSJ just a several times) can go SSJ.

Also, he was shitting his pants when he saw Pui Pui.

The point is: Pui Pui > him.

Yes but the second time she did 204 and showed that she can hold as much as she want ..and Mr.stan did 150 or so..so the punch had a Pl of PROBABLY 30 MAX
