SSJ Goten(pre-rosat) vs semi-perfect Cell

I'd say Goten aswell, if he ends the fight quickly. Otherwise Cell probably would Self-Destruct and then reform or something like that, but if Goten gets bored from kicking Cell around soon (Which I could see him doing) he'd try to kill him and then Cell would probably explain that he could regenerate and then Goten would just Obliterate Cell with a Kamehameha, which I could see him doing so I'm going with Goten. Since he'd be pretty much resistant to any attacks Cell throws at him.

Incomplete Cell [Stage 2] would be utterly pummeled by SSj Goten, as he is shown fighting vigorously with MSSj Gohan, and Gohan alike with SSj Goten, for the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai.

Are you out of frickin mind? SSj Goten is weak espically Pre Rosat. Jeez. If he couldn't beat SSJ adult gohan[who is weaker than perfect cell] than dammit he's not frickin close to Perfect Cell's power. He couldn't even beat 18 even with SSj Trunks's help so how in holy blue hell is Goten going to beat semi-perfect cell? Wake up and try again.

Dabra's strength is roughly around Complete Cell's powered up level, the state of power he was exhibiting during the Cell Game against MSSj Goku. And since Gohan had shown that he was close to Dabra's same strength, judging by what I previously mentioned, SSj Goten is far from "weak", at least in comparison to Complete Cell's suppressed state. And I think you're misinterpreting what actually happened in that fight between 18 and Mighty Mask. The real fight had never actually begun.

I hate to say it, but I have Goten SSJ at 900m compared to semicell at 530m, so I think Goten easily takes this. And that sucks...

Semi cell wins this with just a punch

Super Mario:That fight happend just in the anime where they both attacked her in their SSJ form at the same time and couldnt land a punch..so in the anime they are indeed weaker then her i belive that for the manga too
