We don't know their levels but it's not rediculous to say Tien is stronger than Goku was on namek. Maybe even the others are the same way. We have no idea how they trained, what they did. The super Saiyan transformation is what started to set the saiyans apart from The others.

Thus Tien could be
4,200,000
Krillin
3,300,000
Yamcha
2,700,000
Goku
3,000,000

Hell even yamcha could be over Goku's level.

Because 2nd form cell didn;t dodge it with a level much higher than goku.

Semiperfect Cell: 500 million to low billions

The fact that the attack did anything at all to Cell means that it would pulverise Goku into nothing. Keep in mind, speed increases with power, so the attack would be thousands of times faster than Goku so he could not avoid it.

Goku would kill Tien before he ever gets a chance to unleash any attack.

Actually now that I think about it, the fight should end in a little less than a second.

People usually put final form surpressed freeza 3-4,000,000 so around that would make sense for the humans levels.

Gero would have used at least that mulitpiler for his calculated goku level, but gero said he used the Highest increase for an adult combatant. He also over shoot goku's progressed levels for his androids power for a shure victory.

SO it would seem to make sense that yamcha is much over 40,000's

The ginyu force is old news by the cell saga, akira had much more respect for his characters, what they demonstrate doesnt give us a good idea of there power , but that's one reason he done away with levels, so a Tien shin han which is much weaker than a super saiyan can hold off a being much stronger than a super saiyan.

So powerlevels don't matter in the scheme of things, and it would be possibly for Tien, krillin, and yamcha to win. Each of them alone have given goku trouple in the past all togeher they could conqure him if they did it right.

Tien, krillin, and yamcha have a fighters chance.

They would have hidden like cowards right?

In the same way that the Kamehameha raised Goku's power level, I believe that Tien's PL would rise to unbelievable levels.

Cell didn't bother to dodge it. Did the Kikoho damaged him a single bit? No signs of Ki loss, no signs of him being tired or weaker. It held him back and that's about it. Even with 1,000 blasts he wouldn't have been kiled simply because the technic was just pushing him over and over again. Stop using that as an argument. Was Cell scared of the technic? Was he scared of Tienshinhan even if he could do such a ''powerful'' technic. The Kikoho wouldn't have killed Cell.

Cell didn't have time to dodge it becuase the time he used was him standing in fear. Cell sensed tien's ki right before he fired it. Then he looked up to see tien getting ready to fire down apon him.

The blast did cause damage, burn or scratch marks that at always used from big attacks.

duh it just held him back. Tien does not have a high enough powerlevel to destroy cell only hold him back. Tiens neokikoho is stronger than all of piccolo's reminaing energy blast. 16 said he's not even scratched or hurt after that shot, whcih would have killed 17.

But Tien scratched the next form cell and knocked him into a super saiyan hole of pain. Cell was mentally hurt that tien hurt him and prevented him from getting A18. A16 and A18 where also amazed at the attacks effectivness and ability.

A 16 told " you there, run for your life." But instead tien stayed and actually amazingly hleped them and did it well, far abouive what anyone would have guessed.

I would guess that the technique would wound first form cell after human life extract decently , probably kill him before human extract. We have no way of knowing but HE DID DO SLIGHT BODY DAMAGE.CELL WAS TERRIFIED AND SURPRISED.

Tien even had Akira's super powerful ghostly energy smoke things twirling around him in the manga, like master roshi did in dragonball, like its going to be an amazing attack.

so what counts as damage? I loss of limbs? a hole in the chest? a cut? blood?

Damage is damage, bodliy harm. Recoome got really messed up from his own blast, loss of teeth, hair, cuts, bruises, clothes...

why would burns , bruise, or scratches not be slight damage...?

If they say they are damaged, then they are damaged. Otherwise you can't assume just because there are a few marks on their body means they are damaged.

hahaha, SO Tien wasn't damaged after nappa karate chopped his arm off; unless Tien says: " Ahhhhh, my arm! it's been cut off! IAM DAMAGED!"
