Ginyu Force vs Imperfect Cell
I think that ginyu foce would win. Here's how. first guldo time freezes, second, ginyu body swaps, then ginyu has cell's power, finally jeice, burter do the purple sparial flash attack followed by recoome's mouth blast which fininshes off the weak cell.

Except gunyu cant body swap because hes frozen. cell then kicks guldos head off and ahnialates the rest.

Well the Ginyu Force would probably piss them selves when they first read Cell's level (Or after the Scouter explodes) and Cell has the Cells of Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Freeza so he'd know about their Special abilities even if he didn't he wouldn't waste time and would probably just kill them or just suck the life out of them.

Cell has the cells of the Frieza so he knows about the body change. he wouldn't let Ginyu use it. He's kill him quickly.

guldo's time freeze could throw cell off guard. the ginyu could think of some plan to beat cell. example;if like ginyu tells jeice and burter to go here to distract cell and ginyu tells recoome to fire alot of energy balls(it won't hurt but just might distact him) and ginyu can set up the body swap.

If you are talking about Ginyu force (Namek). Cell win without efford.
But Ginyu force (Hell) would have chance. And Ginyu force (GT) win easily.
