The Ginyu force are under Frieza, they've never seen his last form. His first form is enough to convince them to work for him, they never tried to take the power over him nor anything, they know they'll die. Even with their combined abilities they're scared of Frieza, meaning he'd kill them no matter what.

Captain Ginyu is at 120,000, 1st form Frieza is at 530,000. It's already overkill. Imperfect Cell takes this one without breaking a sweat.
