Yeah, but Goku still said: "With our level of power now he'll be no trouble." If Gohan was weaker then suppressed Cell as a kid, and get's much weaker as time goes by then that point, why in the world would Vegeta & Goku say he shouldn't be havin any trouble with someone around suppressed Cell's level, when Gohan has grown considerbly weaker, but is still somehow on a good enough level to battle Cell?
That would mean Goku's incorrect in his comparison in the first place.

I think MSSJ Gohan is stronger than Cell against Goku.
When Goku made his assessment that Dabura was around Cell, he didn't know that Gohan got weaker over the 7 years.

You got to look at the facts of the story. We know Gohan got weaker during the seven-year resting period. But by how much then? Goku states Dabra's level of power: Complete Cell. We see MSSj Gohan fighting this Dabra quite formidably in the manga. So, by determining where Gohan formerly stood in power back in the Cell Arc as a MSSj, we can deduce just how much weaker he's gotten by this time, all according to common sense. We know Goku fought Complete Cell [powered-up], a MSSj-leveled Cell. So it's quite easy to say, with good reason, that Dabra is likely around MSSj Goku's level in the Cell Arc.

Listen Mister, Vegeta said that Gohan was stronger when fought Cell(probably referring to the SSj2 battle with Cell). Looking into Vegeta's eyes, it seems as if Gohan didn't lose that much power(probably referring to when Gohan was an SSj2). So yea that's why I claim he is a SSJ2. |

Vegeta states, "Gohan was alot stronger when he fought Seru, your son has gone soft in these years of peace, Kakarot". Most view Gohan's loss of power in the 7 years of piece to be anywhere from 10-40%. Judging by Vegeta's incompetent attitude to the exclamation, he did lose a substantial amount of power.

Even though I relinquished the opinion of Gohan being a SSJ2 to an extent, there's a lot of reason why he could be considered one, Broly. Like, what sense does it make for Gohan to use SSJ2 for Kibito and then he all of sudden doesn't want to use it in a battle? Wouldn't Goku & Vegeta have made note of him not going all-out?
Vegeta basically said he shouldn't have this much trouble, and Goku said he still has a chance; if Gohan was SSJ, none of that makes any sense, because he would have access to SSJ2, which according to you, would wipe him out.
