SSJ Goku wouldn't be a match for Base Gohan before WT. However Gohan needed SSJ to defend himself against SSJ Goten.

According to 18 SSJ Vegeta in android saga is weak, but mighty mask hits pretty hard. Noticing why?

Not to mention that base Goten > Mighty Mask.

The idea of base Goten being weaker than SSJ Goku on Namek is very wrong.

SSJ Gohan even had trouble avoiding the rocks base Goten was throwing at him. For him to be that fast, and still give Gohan trouble, he's definitely superior to SSJ Goku, who isn't all that strong at that point to begin with.

Well Goten can't be too weak. He made Gohan work a little bit I'd personally place Super Saiyan Goten (Post-Rosat) around Super Vegeta (1st fight with Cell) so with that his Base form and since I believe that would make his Base stronger than Vegeta's (1st Rosat) I'd say Goten wins.

A punch is a punch. Trunks may have had trouble moving and seeing, but his punch strength isn't going to be affected by that. So Might Mask's strength = base Trunks' strength > base Goten's strength

Originally I would have put Base Goten lower than SSJ Goku... But then looking at SSJ Goten sparring with SSJ Gohan, they didn't even look far off in power. You can argue Gohan was just rusty, but even towards the end of their training before the tournament they were sparring on close to equal terms, and I doubt Gohan was holding back too much, if at all.

So either Goten and Trunks have high multipliers (Which I doubt), or their base forms are pretty damn strong.

Why do people think Goten & Trunks are so weak? I mean seriously Trunks grazed Vegeta's face, when they were both at SSJ. Gohan had to give his all to block All of Goten's Punches & Kicks. So why the hell would they be so Damn weak?

One thing I noticed between me and those who have PL list with base Goten being stronger than SSJ Goku(namek), is that they give Goten a MSSJ multiplier of 5x.
If I used 5x, I'd have base Goten stronger as well. But my SSJ multiplier for the boys is higher than that.
