Id say Gotenks is around 70% of SPC's power, so SPC should win with ease.

Cell and Gotenks are in 2 different arcs, and never fought a common opponent, so how do you suppose we compare them?

Because I think the difference between SSJ Gotenks and any SSJ2 is smaller than Gotenks' SSJ multiplier.

Base Gotenks is an idiot, and cocky. Because of this, I believe Super Goku as a Super Saiyan 2 could win due to Gotenks' childish and undisiplined nature. Call me crazy, but it's an assumption of mind, it's probably inaccurate.

Nevertheless, Super Perfect Cell is similar or over a Super Saiyan 2 Goku in terms of power. So surely Super Perfect Cell would be enough (if not, more).

For example:

Piccolo thought they would stand a chance against Super Buu, until he realised that Super Buu was hiding his power.

Base Gotenks(post rosat) ~ Super Buu at the beginning ~ Fat Buu(since no one noticed direct ki increase, but just a rearranged ki - like Mystic Gohan's) >> any SSJ2.

it is his base form so he`s weaker than ssj2 when he transforms to ssj i dont know if he`s ssj or ssj2 if it was ssj then he jumped to ssj3
