I doubt the Namekians are THAT much weaker than the Saiyans, I mean yes the Saiyans are naturally stronger but I'd definatly place him at least above the Base Saiyans (Yes because of the fusions, but really alot of the Zenkai's were also for the plot).

I know Adult Gohan and his SSJ is considerably weak, but I'd have to say that he's still stronger than Piccolo.

I remember a quote in a scanlated manga, which said Gohan had dropped to half his Cell Games power. If that is the case, then that means everyone is assuming that SSJ2 Teen Gohan 50% > Buu Saga Piccolo, which I don't believe to be the case.

It's doubtful. We can deduce from the manga that MSSj Gohan [Buu Arc] is well above Complete Cell [suppressed]. There's Goku's statement about Dabra's strength, and then there's Gohan's combat performance.
