Who takes this one? Tao was able to beat Chiaotzu with no effort at all, but was made like a joke against Tien. How does he fare against Krillin?

Well I'd say Krillin since Tao was humiliated by Tien who is around Goku w/weights on who should be around Piccolo (With his weights on) and Krillin put up alot more resistence against Piccolo than Tao did against Tien so I'd go with Krillin.

I think Krillin wins this easily. I doubt Tao is all that strong, even with the cybernetics.

Krillin. He actually fought well against Piccolo, and Piccolo is stronger then Tien, who defeated Tao with one punch.

Krillin: 10
Piccolo (not full effort): 12.5
Tien: 12
Tao: 7

I don't think those scouter readings in DBZ tell the whole story Venom. It seems more like anyone from earth is never showing their full powerlevel until they're actually fighting.

For example, we know Tien was above 1,200 while he was fighting the saibamen, but the first reading indicated that he was lower than Piccolo (1,200)

Well as I said before Krillin did pretty well against Piccolo (W/Weights) Yamcha did about the same against Kami as Krillin did against Piccolo, and at this point in the series I estimate Yamcha about the same as Krillin since I don't think Krillin slacked during the 5 years of peace. So I'd say Yamcha although he'd have a little more trouble with Tao then Krillin.

Well who knows what happened really, Chiaotzu just hovered there like a deer caught in the headlights when he saw Tao.

Seeing Krillin vs Piccolo, I have to pick Krillin over Tao.
