Ok, so what we know:

Goku >> Yakkon, since Yakkon only got his hit cos of his hidden big black claw. Without them his hand would be nowhere near Goku when he scratched him since the claw increases his arm length about 2 times, and EVEN with those claws he obviously needed dark to win the battle.

Now we know that Gohan could see all his movements and wasn't very impressed with Yakkon, although he said that he's pretty fast meaning that Yakkon is beyond his expectations which again doesn't mean much since probably everyone thought that another weakling like Pui Pui will battle them.

Also Gohan offered himself to help Goku to take out Yakkon in dark, which means he was around his level.

Well I have no reason to believe Yakkon was close to Goku's power.

I said in the Goku vs Yakon topic that if Goku was so much stronger than Yakon as you claim, then I doubt even his sneaky claw would have sliced Goku's shirt.
Yakon also got unexpectedly kicked in the head by Goku and wasn't even injured.

Its not hard to slice the shirt .

As I said before, without the claw Yakkon's strike would be an easy dodge for Goku.

Yakkon had footprint on his head, so its not that he wasn't affected at least. Also there is no indication that Goku used his full power at that kick.

Actually Yakkon "Surprised" Goku with the claws and Goku STILL Evaded it. So since Yakkon can't evade a surprise attack from Goku yet Goku can evade one from Yakkon means Goku>Yakkon however I wouldn't say it was by a humongous margin, I'd say Yakkon since Goku was rather unimpressed with Gohan's fight against Dabura. So Goku should be stronger on the same level, so I say Yakkon.

There's really no evidence suggesting Goku>>Yakon, so I don't know where you're getting this idea that it's a fact Uki; It's not, because it's clear that even if yakon was weaker than Goku, it wasn't by that much.

Here, I'll prove my point....

Take a look at Frieza vs Goku. Earlier in their fight where Goku gives Frieza a surprise kick to the face and Frieza shakes it off like it's nothing. Now compare that to Yakon vs Goku where Goku kicks him in the face by surprise, it has basically the same effect as it did when he had kicked Frieza. Goku and frieza were virtually equals at that point in their fight, and it should be the same case here with Yakon vs Goku too.

Gohan would die and if he went to SSJ he wouldn't be clever enough to do what Goku did. So he'd die even if he went to SSJ.
