Chaotzu couldn't paralyse Nappa, what chance does Guldo have of paralysing Yamcha? Here's are more accurate and manly outcome...

Yamcha stands tall, bulging muscles showing through his battle suit as it ripples in the wind. Guldo is the first of the cowardly Ginyu force to step forward, rolls of oozing fat bouncing around as he waddles forward on stubby legs. Yamcha has heard of his formidable pychic powers, but is unafraid.

Guldo: Ha, your nothing you pathetic Earthling, you cannot stand against the Ginyu Force. Burter, what's his power level?

Burter: A mere 3000

Guldo: Ahahahaha, your dead you piece of trash, take this, HA!!

Guldo fires an energy blast at Yamcha, who dissapears before their very eyes...

Burter: What the... where did he go

Yamcha is standing patiently above them...

Yamcha: Looking for me?

Jeice: !!! He's fast, perhaps even faster than you mate

Burter: NO! I am the fastest in the universe. No pretender can match my speed, die Earthling!

Burter flies forward, surprising even his fellow Ginyu Force Members with his astounding speed. He swings a punch at Yamcha, who dodges underneath and grabs Burter's head, bringing it crashing down onto his knee.

Burter: GAH!!! Ahhhh

Burter flies back, teeth and blood spew from every orifice on his head, Yamcha fires a small energy blast that blasts Burter apart. Gore rains down on the Ginyu Force.

Jeice: Burter, no! You'll pay for that Earth Trash! After we're done with you we will destroy Earth for revenge, how do you like that?

Yamcha: Now that you have said that, none of you will survive this day.

Jeice: Dammit, come on guys lets all get him together!

Recoombe: Charge!!

Guldo: Die!!

The remaining Ginyu Force charges forward, but Yamcha is unafraid. He extends one hand, and focuses his energy into his favourite and most powerful attack, the Spirit Ball

Jeice: Ha, whats a puny little ball like that going to do to the likes of us?

Yamcha: You'll see, Ha!

Yamcha throws the ball, it tears through Jeice's arm, which was raised and generating a Ki Blast of his own. The Spirit Ball heads straight for Guldo but he suddenly dissapears

Guldo: Heh heh heh, I bet you didn't see this coming, my special power allows me to stop time! Now you will die Earth Trash...

Guldo moves up to Yamcha, and prepares a Ki Blast, and aims it right at his face.

Guldo: I will unfreeze time so he can see his death coming, mwhahahaha

Guldo breathes, and time restarts, Yamcha's amazing reflexes give him the millisecond timing he needs to dodge Guldo's attack, he ducks under the blast, and uppercuts Guldo, blasting his ugly face into a disgusting mess. Shards of bone and pieces of gore coat Jeice and Recoombe, meanwhile, jets of blood shoot from Jeice's severed arm, and Recoombe dodges the Spirit Ball due to Guldo's distraction. However, the Spirit Ball comes flying back and smashes it's way through Recoombe's back, sending blood, gore, and several organs and spinal fragments flying out. Jeice prepares a final attack with his remaining arm, but before he can fire and destory Yamcha, a shower of blood obscures his vision, and bone fragments penetrate deep into his flesh a split second later. Two shards stab deeply into Jeice's eyes, blinding him. Jeice fires his blast randomly, and it wizzes just past Yamcha's face

Yamcha: Woah, that was close, half a foot to the left and I would be a dead man. Looks like all I have got to do is a little cleaning up...

The blinded, shattered, remnants of Jeice and the decimated body of Recoombe are all that stands inbetween Yamcha, and Victory.

Yamcha: This will be a piece of cake, I think I will kill the red guy first...

Yamcha prepares an energy blast, and fires it at Jeice

Jeice: What? NO!!!! AHHHH!!!

Jeice explodes into a thousand tiny pieces, which rain down on the countryside. But Recoombe was waiting and gathering his energy...

Recoombe: Recoombe, ultra, fighting, bomber! HA!

Recoombe fires a massive energy blast from his mouth, which blows off Yamcha's left arm, and a large amount of his torso...

Yamcha: No.... I was so close....

Recoombe: Take that.... you jackass.....

Both fighters fall dead to the ground, where dogs and vultures feast on the their remains... The End

As you can see it is a tie. The Ginyu Force would have won but Yamcha taunted Burter into attacking on his own, and with Burter down, the Ginyu force was reduced to being the same strength as Yamcha. Which resulted in a tie.

How does Yamcha know about Guldo's Psychic powers? However I always placed Guldo around 7-8,000, so I agree that Guldo couldn't paralyze Yamcha.

One at a time Yamcha could win but not all of them at the same timme.

He is definatly well above 40,000 by the Cell Games so ya, he wins.

I thought Recoombe was "officially" 70,000 in the daizenshuu or some shit. Although I have never seen that...

There's no such number, anywhere. Generally everyone puts them equal given Kuririn's statement.

Ginyu estimated that Goku was 60,000 when he attacked the Ginyu Force. So, with that, Recoome is somewhere around 40-50,000 at the most.
