Alright here is the scenario.

Goku goes to planet Namek, but many fighters ambush him, how many of the waves of opponents could he defeat. He gets a minute to recover his power after each wave. This assumes that the planet they are fighting on, is immune to being destroyed (although they can still be smashed into the rock and stuff) None of the Buu's can regenerate at all, and they still take massive damage from all attacks

Each Z Fighter and some of the villains will set a task for Goku, which he must complete. Goku gets 30 minutes of rest after each test. Goku gets one night of sleep before Group Eleven starts.

Chi Chi(Goku must devour an entire Cow worth of food within 24 hours)
Vegeta(Defeat 50,000 Saibamen in 3 hours)
Tien(Survive a Semiperfect Cell strength Tien's Kikoho)
Yamcha(Resist Yamcha's sexy body for 25 seconds)
Gohan(Defeat Ultimate Gohan who is at 50% power)
Piccolo(Endure Piccolo's training he made Gohan do... on the sun)
Bulma(Assemble a computer correctly, with instructions)
Roshi(Collect 3 tonnes of porno in 3 hours, and take it to his island)
Future Trunks(Go back in time and kill Mecha Frieza)
Cold Family(Defeat King Cold and Frieza Potara fused)
Cell(Defeat 5000 Cell Jr's in one day)
Buu(Survive inside Buu's body for 1 day)
Vegetto(Beat 35 Goku's and 35 Vegeta's from early Android's Saga)

The Sniper Bullets are magical instant death bullets and each would be strong enough to kill Goku ten times over. As for the Buu's, new plan, no Buu can regenerate at all. And they are still fragile as hell.

Damn, that's quite a list. Well here's what I think:

Wave 1: Easily defeated
Wave 2: Still easily beaten
Wave 3: Still easily beaten
Wave 4: Still beaten
Wave 5: This is where things get tough so I'll break it down.
Dabura: Goku would kill him with no effort.
Majin Buu: Goku could beat him easily too.
Super Buu: SSJ Gotenks who I personally think isn't so much stronger than Goku by a whole lot, was able to take Super Buu's hits. I suppose Goku's only hope would be a Warp Kamehameha. However I'm not sure if he would do it in time but then again Super Buu didn't kill Base Gotenks right off the bat so that could work in Goku's favor. I'd say Goku would be toyed with and then knocked away like Gotenks was but not enough to kill him. Goku would then start a Kamehameha and then he would teleport in front of Buu surprising him. So then if anything is left of Buu Goku would destroy it. However I'm not sure if he could win this one. I'm not sure if Goku could get by him but I do believe this fight would take alot out of him.

So he'd get healed since he's below 50%.

Gotenks Buu: Well to be honest it would take a pretty big miracle for him to get by him so to be honest I'd say this is where it ends. However since Goku now knows that Gotenks Buu can't regenerate he might be able to do something but IF he somehow got by him Piccolo Buu would defeat him. So I'd say this is about as far as Goku could go since Gotenks Buu might make a mistake that would cost him big time but then again Goku has Extremely good endurance. Since he was taking punches from 50% Freiza who was about 24-25 times stronger than he was and he lived. He might squeek by.

Piccolo Buu: Since he's over-confident but not stupid he'll just dodge the energy attacks and he'd beat Goku for sure. So this is as far as Goku can go. The only way Goku could possibly get by this one is if the Buu's are over-confident to the point of doing completely retarded things.
