What if Kakarot didn't train on his way to Namek?
In a fight with Vegeta he has a power level of 8,150
So.. if he received a Zenkai he probably should be at 16,300.

Kaioken: 32,600
Kaioken x3: 48,900
Kaioken x4: 65,200
Kaioken x5: 81,500

I think he would be defeated against Gyniu. But then again he could get injured in a battle with the others, and then take a senzu bean to take a Zenkai. Then he'll beat Gyniu.
Vegeta jumped from 24,000 to 35,000 to 500,000 with Zenkais. If he uses the 3 Senzu beans the right way he could even go to high power level and fight Frieza.
But that's screwed up. Kakarot would give senzu beam to his friends. So he would die

If Goku didn't train on the way to Namek, then he wouldn't even be able to sustain a Kaioken x 5. Hell, even a 3x or 4x would hurt him, about as much as it did when he used it against Vegeta. I personally think that he would barely be able to beat Burter, Jeice and Reacoom, if he could possibly sustain a Kaioken x3 for long enough. Guldo would be trash in my opinion, but Ginyu would tear Goku apart.

Kakarot would get trashed by any of the members aside from Guldo. The others are all around 40,000 or more, and Goku's Kaioken might allow him to take one of them out, but he'll be too winded to handle the others. So, no matter what he does, he has no chance of victory.

I thought Recoombe was 70,000? Regardless Goku would definitely own Guldo, and then he could pick one Ginyu Force member and own him, but then get destroyed.

Even if Goku was Kaioken times 3 he would have a tough time taking out even one of them, that is if the other two don't interfere. If he's using the Kaioken x4, then he will definately be above any subordinate Ginyu member. If he starts off at Kaioken x4 and goes all out he'll be able to take out two maybe before he gets tired and wears out. When Ginyu sees what he's capable of, he'll probably step in and finish him off quick. And of course, Jeice would shine his boots afterwards...

Zenkai if he hit Recoome with a Kaioken x4 Kamehameha it would cause some damage but he'd be worn out he'd get beaten easily but he'd take out Guldo easily though. Unless he could SOMEHOW find a way to form a Spirit Bomb he doesn't have a chance.
